Shipping

Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are somewhere else and would like to order, email us and we will let you know when your country is added.

How much is shipping?
In the US, standard shipping is US$4.95 for tees and US$8.79 for sweatshirts, with an express option at checkout, and standard shipping is free on orders of US$60 or more. Canada, Australia and New Zealand rates depend on the destination and start at US$7.99 for tees and US$10.59 for sweatshirts; the exact cost is shown at checkout. Tees and sweatshirts are printed and shipped separately, so an order with both is charged shipping for each.

How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed to order, so allow 2-5 business days for printing. US orders then take 3-5 business days to arrive, so most arrive within 7-10 business days of ordering. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand usually arrive 1-3 weeks after printing.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the printer.

Will there be customs or import fees?
Not for US orders, which are printed and shipped within the United States. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; these are charged on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. Under current rules, Australian orders under A$1,000 are not charged duty or GST on arrival.

My order arrived in two parcels. Is that right?
Yes. Different garment types are sometimes printed at different facilities, so they can arrive separately. You are never charged extra for this.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before printing starts, and we will change the size, address or design, or cancel and refund in full. Once an item has been printed it cannot be cancelled.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Sizing and returns

How do the sizes run?
Our tees and fleece use unisex sizing and run true to size. Check the size chart on each product page and measure a shirt you already own. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What is your returns policy?
Because every item is printed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you for free. Full details are in our Refund policy.

How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
