Every order ships with tracking. Because items are printed to order, here is what to expect:
- Order placed. You get an order confirmation email straight away.
- Printing (2-5 business days). Your item is printed and quality-checked. There is no tracking during this step.
- Shipped (3-5 business days). You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan.
You can also sign in to your account to see the status of any order.
No shipping email after 6 business days? Check your spam folder, then email us at christiyoma7@gmail.com with your order number.
Tracking stuck? If it has not updated for 7 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier and reprint or refund your order if needed.
